June Sketch with Kristen

>> Wednesday, June 6, 2012

Hey Everyone! Kristen here and I'm excited to share with you the sketch I created for June. I hate to admit it but I can't tell you how long it's been since I scrapped. I'm glad I had the chance to put this together today for the blog. Here's the June Sketch:

I'm a simple and clean scrapper and wanted to focus on the pictures. Here's my layout based on the sketch I created:

I can't believe my little Noah just finished up Kindergarten. I don't know where the time has gone. I remember his teacher prying him from his Dad on the first day of school because he didn't want to go. Now, he's growing up and so excited to start first grade so he can eat in the lunch room.

Lily Bee Supplies:
Patterned Paper: Double Dutch Hopscotch & Sand
ABC Stickers: Double Dutch
Bag of Bits:Double Dutch
Journal Cards: Double Dutch

I know the summer's are busy but I hope you'll take a few minutes this month and join us for the June Sketch Challenge.

Here are the rules to keep in mind:
1. Your layout must use at least two Lily Bee products
2. Post your layout to any gallery, or your blog and post the link here in this comment section. OR post your layout to our Facebook page. But not both, please.
3. Be sure and title your post "Lily Bee June Sketch Challenge", so we can find it easily.
4. The deadline is Saturday, June 30th at 9PM MST.
5. And of course, have fun!

We will announce one winner here on the blog Friday, July 6th and send you out a box full of Lily Bee goodness.

Every time I use one of these sketches, I am so pleased with the result. They are different from my usual style and work with your products so well. This one is no exception, I used mostly memorandum and one sheet from harvest market.
